BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS EVENT YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING WAIVER AND RELEASE:  By participating in this contest, accepting the tickets, and/or attending the event, each participant in and winner of the contest and each attendee of the event (each of the foregoing, a “Participant”) voluntarily releases, waives and discharges, any and all claims, damages, actions, causes of action, suits, obligations, liabilities or demands for personal injury, property damage, wrongful death or any other losses or damages (including special damages) (“Claims”) against Leonard Fournette III and his agents, advisors, affiliates, family and representatives (collectively, the “Hosts”) for any Claims arising out of, relating to or in any way connected with participation in this contest, acceptance of the tickets, attendance at the event, or the event itself. Each Participant for himself/herself and on behalf of his/her minor children and dependents agrees that under no circumstance will such Participant or minor child or dependent pursue any Claims against the Hosts. Leonard Fournette III makes no representation or warranty whatsoever to any Participant  in connection with the contest or the event.
